Peppermint Mocha Bread

Bread is so good and is honestly one of the best inventions if I do say so myself. And, the best thing about it and many other recipes, is that you can make all types of bread. And, this Peppermint Mocha Bread recipe may just knock your socks off and have you fall in love.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup baking cocoa
  • 1/4 cup instant coffee granules
  • 1 1/4 sour cream
  • 2 eggs room temperature, lightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup white chocolate peppermint baking chips
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Spray your 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan with a nonstick baking spray.
  • Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, add the flour, salt, baking soda, sugar, and cocoa.
  • Whisk to combine.
  • Set aside.
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, add the sour cream, eggs, and butter.
  • Mix on medium until combined.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients mix on medium until well combined.
  • Gently stir in the white chocolate peppermint baking chips and chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into your prepared loaf pan.
  • Top with crushed peppermint.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 50-55 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and cool in a loaf pan for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the bread from the loaf pan and let cool completely on a wire rack.
  • Drizzle with fudge sauce and crushed peppermint
