Ingredients

  • 1 slices Texas Toast Garlic Bread frozen
  • 4 Tbsp Pizza sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Pizza toppings of your choice optional

Instructions

  • Bake the garlic toast on a baking sheet according to the package directions, just until golden brown.
  • Top the garlic toast with pizza sauce, cheese, and the pizza toppings of your choice. Tip: go light on the pizza sauce as too much sauce will soak into the bread and make it soggy.
  • Place the baking sheet of garlic toast pizzas in the oven and broil for 2-4 minutes, just until the cheese is melted and beginning to brown. Tip: watch the pizzas closely during the broiling as they can burn quickly.

Notes

Tips:

  • Go light on the pizza sauce as too much sauce will soak into the bread and make it soggy.
  • For easy cleanup, line the baking sheet with aluminum foil or a silicone baking mat.
  • Watch the pizzas closely during the broiling as they can burn quickly.
