- 6 C self - rising flour
- 1/2 C sugar
- 24 oz Bud Light Strawberita beer
- 1/2 C unsalted butter melted and divided
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray 2 9in loaf pans with pam baking spray
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and sugar until combined
Pour in the straw-ber-ita into the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth
Divide the batter into the two loaf pans
Pour 1/4 C of the melted butter onto each of the loaf pans
Bake in the oven for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Place onto a wire rack to cool completely before removing from loaf pans and placing onto the wire rack
Lime Glaze ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, lime zest, and lime juice until combined and smooth
Pour into the squeeze bottle
Drizzle over the loaves and allow to harden before enjoying
