Cranberry Apple Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • ½ teaspoon dried ground ginger
  • Coleslaw:
  • 14- ounce bag coleslaw mix
  • 1 large apple cored and chopped
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup walnuts chopped
  • 4 green onions chopped

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate while making the coleslaw.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ingredients for the coleslaw. Add the dressing and toss well to combine.
