Banana Bread Brownies
This Banana Bread Brownies is my favorite way to use ripe bananas. They’re rich, moist and topped with a delicious frosting!

Cream Cheese Frosting
- 1 8 ounce package of cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cups butter softened
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3 1/2 to 4 cups confectioners' sugar
Preheat the oven to 370°F
Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick baking spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat together sugar, sour cream, eggs, and butter until creamy.
Blend in bananas and vanilla.
Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until completely blended.
Pour the batter into the baking pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set. Let cool before frosting
Cream Cheese Frosting:
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy.
Gradually beat in enough confectioners' sugar to achieve desired consistency.
Frost bars and sprinkle with cinnamon (optional). Store in the refrigerator.
