Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix the Eggs, Sugar, Milk, Oil, Root Beer, and Root Beer flavoring, and stir well to blend.  In a separate bowl, add the Flour, Baking Powder, and Salt, and stir well to blend.
  • Add the flour mixture to the large bowl, a little at a time, stirring well between additions to blend.  The batter may be a little lumpy, but that's okay.
  • Turn on your Waffle Maker, and heat according to instructions.  When ready, add the Waffle Batter about 3/4 a cup at a time,  to the Waffle Maker, until all the batter is used, and you have a stack of Waffles.  Butter the Waffles as they are removed from the Waffle Maker, and plate 2 or 3 at a time.
  • Top with Syrup, Whipped Cream, and a Maraschino Cherry.  Serve, and Enjoy!
