Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh mango diced
  • 1 cup red bell pepper diced
  • ½ medium sized red onion diced
  • 1 medium- jalapeno cored with ribs and seeds removed, diced
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • ¼ tsp ground cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 juice lime
  • 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro minced

Instructions

  • Add the diced mango, bell pepper, jalapeno, and red onion to a large bowl.
  • Stir in the lime juice and seasonings, and adjust the salt to taste.
  • Serve with chips or over-grilled chicken or fish, enjoy!
