Ingredients

  • 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese freshly shredded
  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • 2 cups biscuit baking mix
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon dried chives

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the freshly shredded cheddar cheese, ground sausage, biscuit baking mix, milk, and chives.
  • Form the dough into 24 balls and place on a large baking sheet.
  • Bake the sausage balls at 350°F for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and the sausage is fully cooked. Serve hot.
