Ingredients

Pineapple Cake

  • 1 - 20 oz pineapple crushed
  • 1 box pineapple cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • cup oil canola

Crumble Topping

  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup butter unsalted, softened
  • 1 cup pecans chopped

Pineapple Icing

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 Tbsp milk
  • 3 tsp pineapple juice

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13 baking dish with pam baking spray
  • Using a medium bowl, combine the brown sugar, sugar, and butter using your fingers to create acrumble topping
  • Mix in the chopped pecans
  • Using a large bowl, combine the crushed pineapple, pineapple cake mix, eggs, and oil
  • Pour the batter into the baking dish and sprinkle the crumble topping on top
  • Bake in the oven for 35 - 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
  • Allow coolingUsing a small bowl, whisk the powdered sugar, milk, and pineapple juice until combined
  • Drizzle the glaze over the cake and serve
