Elderberry Popsicles
These Elderberry Popsicles help boost the immune system and also help soothe sore throats. Super easy to make and perfect for cold and flu season!

- 3 tablespoons Elderberry Syrup
- 2 cups Grape Juice
- 1/2 cup Orange Juice
- 2 tablespoons Raw Honey
Add all ingredients into a large pitcher and stir well.
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze 30 minutes, then add the wooden popsicle sticks. Freeze for another 5 hours.
Once frozen, run warm water over the mold for about 30 seconds and gently release the popsicles.
