Fill each egg roll wrapper with cheese, pepperoni, sauce, then more cheese.
Fold the ingredients up inside the wrappers.
Place the egg rolls seam side-down in the air fryer, leaving space in between.
Cook the egg rolls at 370ºF for 5 minutes, flip, and cook for another 3 minutes.
Top your crispy pizza rolls with parmesan, seasoning, and serve them with sauce for dipping!
