Mississippi Pork Chops

- 2 lbs. pork chops boneless
- 1 1 oz. dry ranch packet
- 1 0.87 Brown gravy packet
- 12 oz pepperoncini jar of sliced with the juice
- 1 stick/8 Tbsp butter
To a large skillet over medium-high heat add the pork chops and quickly brown them for 1 minute on each side, just to get some color on them not to cook through.
In an 8 quart slow cooker, place down the pork chops, and pour the entire jar of sliced pepperoncini and juice on top.
Sprinkle the ranch and brown gravy packet all over and place the stick of butter on top. Place lid on and cook on low for 6 hours. Serve and enjoy!
