Key Ingredients You’ll Need

  • Pork Chops: I like to use boneless meat for this recipe, but you can use any cut you prefer.
  • Seasoning: I use a ranch dressing mix and brown gravy mix seasoning packets for flavor. You can add additional salt and pepper for taste.
  • Pepperoncini: Adding pepperoncinis will add a bit of spice and make the meat very juicy and delicious.

How To Make Mississippi Pork Chops

  • Step 1. Place the pork chops into a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown for 1 minute on each side. You just want some color, you will not need to cook them. Add the browned meat to an 8-qt slow cooker. Add the jar of pepperoncini and juice on top.

10 Stars!! Absolute must have in the recipe rotation!!!
Simple, easy, quick, delicious melt in your mouth fall apart pork chops! We needed a quick set it and forget it dinner and it was actually ready in 2.5 hrs in the insta/crock pot, setting it for 3 hrs on high. We skipped the pepperoncini peppers b/c it just wasn’t for us and no one even knew they were missing. We used about 3-4lbs of pork chops (10-12 medium pork chops) doubling the meat essentially, we had enough to two meals worth. It was so delicious you’re doing to want to double the meat!! Definite DO AGAIN in our house!
