Blackberry Colada

This Blackberry Colada is a sweet and tart work of art! It is made with blackberry liquor, pineapple rum, Tom Collins mix, blackberry syrup, whipped vodka, and Italian cream.

Equipment

  • Cookie Ice cream scoop
  • Tall straw or Skewer

Ingredients

Purple Layer:

  • 2 oz Blackberry Liquor
  • 1 oz Pineapple Rum
  • 2 oz Tom Collins Mix
  • 1 oz Blackberry Syrup
  • Drop neon purple food coloring
  • 2 cups Ice

Whipped Layer:

  • 3 oz Whipped Vodka
  • 4 oz Italian Creamer
  • 2 cups Ice

Garnish

  • Blackberries
  • Pineapple wedge

Instructions

Blackberry Layer:

  • In a blender, add all of your cocktail ingredients. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into a small container or pitcher. Set to the side

Whipped Layer:

  • In a blender add all of your cocktail ingredients. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into asmall container or pitcher. Set to the side

Creating your drink:

  • Using a SMALL cookie/ice cream scoop. Scoop out the blackberry mixture and add to the glass. Scoop out the whipped mixture and add to the glass. Scoop out another blackberry mixture and add to the glass. Scoop out the whipped and add to the glass. Scoop out another blackberry mixture and add to the glass. Repeat until the glass is full. Lightly tap the glass on the counter to allow the cocktail mixtures to combine and settle to the bottom. Takeatall a straw and insert it into the glass and stir to mix. Garnish and enjoy.
