  • 1 banana
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 12 ounces plain or vanilla yogurt

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together in a blender. Spoon the mixture into mold, and freeze for about two hours before popping out of the mold and serving.
  • Keep any treats that are not immediately eaten in a freezer-safe ziplock bag or container for up to three weeks.
