Vanilla Brownies

Vanilla brownies are a delightful reinterpretation of the timeless chocolate dessert bar. This homemade brownie recipe is super easy to make, loaded with white chocolate chips and has the perfect chewy texture of a traditional brownie.

  • Line an 8 X 8 inch pan with Parchment paper, and set aside. In a large bowl, combine the Eggs, Sugar, and Vanilla, and stir until well blended. Add the softened Butter, Flour and pinch of Salt, and stir to blend. Add the White Chocolate Chips, and stir. Pour the Vanilla Brownie batter into the pan, and place in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • When Brownies are done, remove from the oven to a wire rack, and cool completely. When cool, Frost with the Vanilla Frosting, and generously sprinkle White Chocolate Chips on top.
  • Serve, and enjoy!
