Ingredients

Instructions

  • Warm up waffle maker
  • In a medium bowl, mix room temperature milk, heavy cream, melted butter, pumpkin puree, brown sugar  and vanilla and whisk together. Add eggs one at a time and whisk in.
  • In a large bowl, add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and pumpkin pie spice and whisk.
  • Create a well (hole) in the middle of the flour mixture and add milk mixture to it. Whisk all ingredients  together, but do not over mix. Batter will be lumpy.
  • Spray waffle maker with release spray and pour enough batter on iron to fill it about 1/2 full (batter will  expand as it’s baked).
  • Remove waffles when time is up. Serve with our favorite syrup, pecans, whip topping or cream cheese  whipped topping.
