Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  • Open the cans of biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
  • In a bowl, mix together granulated sugar and cinnamon until well combined.
  • Roll each biscuit piece in the sugar-cinnamon mixture, coating it thoroughly.
  • Place the coated biscuit pieces into the greased bundt pan, arranging them evenly.
  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Stir in the brown sugar until it dissolves completely, creating a caramel-like mixture.
  • Pour the melted butter and brown sugar mixture over the biscuit pieces in the bundt, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
  • Place the bundt pan in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the monkey bread from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for about 20 minutes.
  • Invert the bundt pan onto a serving plate, releasing the monkey bread. The caramelized sugar will create a delicious gooey topping.
  • Slice the monkey bread and serve it warm. You can also serve it with caramel sauce and a scoop of ice cream for an extra indulgence.
