  • In a large bowl, sift the powdered sugar and cinnamon together and then set aside until later.
  • In a large bowl, cream together cream cheese, butter and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy.
  • Scrape down the sides of the bowl and then add in 1 cup of the powdered sugar and cinnamon combination and mix until well combined.
  • Continue to add in 1 cup of powdered sugar and cinnamon making sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl until all the powdered sugar has been added.
  • Mix well until all combined.
  • Frosting is then ready to be used on cupcakes or stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
