- 1 Rotisserie Chicken Shredded or 4 Cups Cooked and Shredded Chicken
- 4 Ounces Cream Cheese Softened
- 1 Cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 10.75 Ounce Can Condensed Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 1/2 Cups Crushed Ritz Crackers
- 4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter Melted
- Fresh Parsley For Garnish
Preheat the oven to (175°C) 350°F. Prepare a 9x13-inch casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, ricotta cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix until thoroughly combined.
To the same large bowl, add the shredded chicken and stir to coat.
Add the chicken mixture to the prepared casserole dish and spread evenly, set aside.
In a separate small bowl, add the crushed ritz crackers and melted butter, stir to combine.
Sprinkle the ritz crackers over the casserole and spread evenly.
Bake the casserole uncovered for 40 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly around the edges.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and enjoy!
