Guacamole Christmas Tree

This Guacamole Christmas Tree Dip is so festive and is perfect for those Holiday gatherings and parties and it's so easy to make! This is such a fun Holiday appetizer that everyone will love and this will only take you minutes to make.

Ingredients

  • 12 Avocados
  • 3 Limes
  • 4 Roma tomatos seeded and diced
  • 1/2 Onion diced
  • Salt to taste
  • Cilantro optional

Decorating

  • Black Olives
  • Bell Peppers red, yellow and green

Instructions

  • Finely chop your onion and tomato and cilantro.
  • Scoop out the avocados into a large bowl. Top them with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Juice the limes and add that to the bowl.
  • Mash everything together until it's the consistency you like. We like our a little chunky.
  • Put the guacamole into a Christmas tree bowl or platter.
  • To decorate, cut thin strips of the red bell pepper for the garland.
  • Use a tiny round cutter to cut out small circles from the other peppers for the ornaments.
  • Place 3-4 black olives on the bottom for the trunk.
  • Place your Christmas tree dish on a platter and add your chips.
