Guacamole Christmas Tree

- 12 Avocados
- 3 Limes
- 4 Roma tomatos seeded and diced
- 1/2 Onion diced
- Salt to taste
- Cilantro optional
Decorating
- Black Olives
- Bell Peppers red, yellow and green
Finely chop your onion and tomato and cilantro.
Scoop out the avocados into a large bowl. Top them with the rest of the ingredients.
Juice the limes and add that to the bowl.
Mash everything together until it's the consistency you like. We like our a little chunky.
Put the guacamole into a Christmas tree bowl or platter. To decorate, cut thin strips of the red bell pepper for the garland.
Use a tiny round cutter to cut out small circles from the other peppers for the ornaments.
Place 3-4 black olives on the bottom for the trunk.
Place your Christmas tree dish on a platter and add your chips.
