Ingredients

  • 1 Prepared Pie Crust in a 9-Inch Pie Dish Unbaked
  • 1 Cup Half and Half
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 8 Bacon Slices Cooked and Chopped
  • 1 Cup Blue Cheese Crumbles any cheese you prefer
  • 1 Tablespoon Flour

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the bacon, blue cheese crumbles, and flour together until well combined. This will help distribute the ingredients evenly in the quiche.
  • Place the mixed bacon and blue cheese in the prepared pie crust, spreading it out evenly over the bottom.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the half and half and eggs until well combined.
  • Pour the half and half and egg mixture over the bacon and blue cheese in the pie crust.
  • Carefully transfer the pie dish to the preheated oven.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top. The center should be firm to the touch.
  • Remove the quiche from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
