Ingredients

  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ½ cup pecan
  • 6 cups green of choice
  • 2 red apple diced
  • 2 cups arils pomegranate
  • ½ cup dried cranberry
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds

Dressing

  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves peeled and minced

Instructions

  • Add all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Stir all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and add to the salad bowl.
  • Toss all together.
  • Serve.
