This is hands down the Best Guacamole Recipe I have ever tried. It’s made with the freshest ingredients that give it superb flavor with a hint of spice. Make it for your next gathering and there won’t be leftovers!

Ingredients

  • 3 Avocados (large, ripe)
  • 2 Roma tomatoes seeded and diced
  • 3 Tbsp finely chopped white onion
  • 1 Clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper seeds removed and finely diced
  • 3 Tbsp cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • Cut avocados in half, peel and remove the pit.
  • Squeeze half of the lime over the avocados and mash with a fork until smooth.
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix well adding salt or more lime juice to taste and if desired.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
