- 3 Avocados (large, ripe)
- 2 Roma tomatoes seeded and diced
- 3 Tbsp finely chopped white onion
- 1 Clove garlic minced
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper seeds removed and finely diced
- 3 Tbsp cilantro finely chopped
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Cut avocados in half, peel and remove the pit.
Squeeze half of the lime over the avocados and mash with a fork until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well adding salt or more lime juice to taste and if desired.
Serve with tortilla chips.
