Ingredients

  • 1 large pink lady apple cut into star shapes
  • 1 pound strawberries quartered
  • 1 pound blueberries rinsed
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • 1 lime juiced

Instructions

  • Prepare the Strawberries: Begin by rinsing your strawberries. Quarter them and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the Blueberries: Wash the blueberries and add them to the bowl with the strawberries. Gently toss to mix.
  • Create Apple Stars: Wash the Pink Lady apple. Using a small star-shaped cookie cutter, cut out stars from the apple slices. This step not only adds a festive touch but also makes the salad visually appealing.

Make the Dressing

  • In a small bowl, mix together the honey and lime juice.

Combine

  • Add the star-shaped apple pieces to the bowl with the other fruits. Pour the dressing over the top and gently toss everything together.
  • Chill the fruit salad until ready to serve.

Notes

Keep chilled in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
