Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons dried chives
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • ¾ cup buttermilk
