Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the buffalo chicken, diced celery, and sliced green onions.
Slice your sweet rolls in half to create a top and bottom. Place the bottom half in a 9 x 13 baking pan. Spread the buffalo chicken on the bottom half of the bread. Drizzle the ranch dressing over the chicken and top with the grated cheddar cheese. Replace the top half of the bread onto the sandwich.
In a small mixing bowl, mix together the butter, garlic, and parsley. Brush the butter mixture over the top of the rolls.
Cover with foil, bake for 13 minutes, and uncover. Bake for 4-6 minutes until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
