Cranberry Fluff Salad
Add this sweet and tart Cranberry Fluff Salad to your holiday dinner lineup. Filled with pineapple, cranberries, and pecans mixed with a sweetened cream cheese mixture and fluffy marshmallows.

Ingredients

bag fresh cranberries
½
cup
granulated sugar

ounces
cream cheese
softened at room temperature
20
ounces
crushed pineapple
drained

ounces
whipped cream
such as Cool Whip, thawed

cups
miniature marshmallows
1
cup
pecans
chopped (optional)
Instructions
Add cranberries into food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Do NOT blend or puree. Transfer to a bowl and mix with sugar. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold in the cool whip until well incorporated.
Add the drained crushed pineapples and mini marshmallows. Mix to combine.
Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours, or until ready to serve. Top with chopped nuts before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days and stir well before serving again.
