Ingredients

  • 8 cups corn chex cereal
  • 2 cups cheese crackers
  • 1 cup pretzel squares
  • 1 cup pickle flavored cashew pieces
  • 6 Tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 ounce dry ranch seasoning package
  • 1 Tablespoon dill pickle juice
  • 1 Tablespoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine Chex cereal, cheese crackers, pretzel squares, and cashews.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, ranch seasoning, dill pickle juice, dried dill, and garlic powder.
  • Pour the butter mixture over the cereal mixture and toss gently to make sure everything is coated.
  • Transfer to a large rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes or so.
  • Transfer Chex Mix to a large tray to cool completely before serving and storing.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
