This Hot Honey recipe is made with just 3 ingredients in 7 minutes. It’s ridiculously easy and so much cheaper than buying it at the store. Plus, you’re in full control of the spice level!
Combine all the ingredients in a small pot, over low/medium heat.
Slowly heat, without stirring, until little bubbles start popping up on the edges of the honey and the honey has thinned.
Remove from the stove and you can either use it immediately, or if you would like it to thicken up a bit, place it in a mason jar, cover it, and let it rest for about an hour. Enjoy!

Store homemade hot honey in an airtight container, such as a mason jar, in a cool and dry place. It will last for several months.
