Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
Add the sweetened condensed milk and Kool-Aid mix to the bowl. Mix until fully combined and the color is even.
Gently fold in the whipped topping using a spatula until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Spoon the filling into the graham cracker crust, spreading it out evenly.
Cover the pie and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
Before serving, top with additional whipped topping and garnish with maraschino cherries.
Slice and serve chilled, enjoy!
