Malibu Barbie Drink
This Malibu Barbie Drink will make you want to dress up and party! It is a gorgeous layered cocktail made with Pineapple Rum, Watermelon soda, Tropical Syrup, Coconut Syrup, Pina colada mix, Vodka, and guava ingredients.

Ingredients
Dark Pink Layer:
- 3 oz Pineapple Rum
- 1 oz Tropical Syrup Monin
- 2 oz Crush Watermelon Soda
- 2 cups Ice
Coconut Layer:
- 1 oz Coconut syrup
- 2 oz Pina colada mix
- 1 cups Ice
Light Pink Layer:
- 3 oz Tropical Vodka
- 1 oz Guava Syrup Monin or Torani
- 3 oz Pink Guava Juice
- 2 cups of ice
Garnish
- Coconut Toasted
- Simple Syrup
Instructions
Dark Pink Layer:
- In a blender add all of your cocktail ingredients. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into a small container or pitcher. Set to the side
Coconut Layer:
- In a blender add all of your ingredients. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into a small container or pitcher Set to the side
Light Pink Layer:
- In a blender add all of your cocktail ingredients. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into a small container or pitcher. Set to the side
Garnishing the glass rim
- Glass rim: Pour your simple syrup into a small plate or bowl. Add your toasted coconut to a separate small plate or bowl. Dip your glass into the simple syrup and then into the coconut Set to the side.
Creating your drink:
- Using a large and small cookie/ice cream scoop. Scoop out the Dark Pink mixture and add to the glass filling it ⅓ to ½ way. Scoop out the Coconut mixture and add to the glass only adding about 1 inch of a layer. Scoop out the Light Pink mixture and add to the glass and fill it to the top. Lightly tap the glass on the counter to allow the cocktail mixtures to combine and settle to the bottom. Garnish and enjoy
