Ingredients

  • 19 ounces cheese tortellini boiled, drained, cooled
  • 1 Cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ Cup sundried tomatoes chopped
  • ¼ Cup basil leaves
  • ¼ Cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • 2 Cups baby spinach

Dressing

Instructions

  • In a large bowl combine your pasta, cherry tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, basil, cheese and spinach.
  • In a mixing bowl combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, italian dressing, parmesan cheese, oil, garlic, basil leaves, red pepper flake, salt and pepper.
  • Whisk to combine.
  • Gently fold the dressing over the pasta mixture.
  • Chill for 4 hours.
  • Garnish with more tomatoes and basil, serve!
  • Serve!

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 3 days.
Additions - You can add any veggies you like to this. Add some leftover chicken to this for a refreshing meal.
