- 3 cups chicken shredded
- 1 cup celery sliced
- 2 hardboiled eggs chopped
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ cup crumbled bacon
- 3 green onions sliced
- ½ cup slivered almonds toasted
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a large mixing bowl combine the chicken, chopped eggs, celery, cheese, bacon, almonds and green onions.
In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture.
Toss to combine.
Serve on croissants or thick bread for serving.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 3 days.
