Mississippi Steak Bites

These Mississippi Steak Bites are savory, tangy, and so tender! Chunks of sirloin are slow-cooked with ranch seasoning, au jus gravy, and pepperoncini for a lip-smacking entree that will be requested again and again. Serve over mashed potatoes for an easy weeknight dinner.

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil. Sear steak bites for 2-3 minutes on both sides until browned. Transfer to crockpot.
  • Top with onions, garlic, au jus gravy, ranch seasoning, butter, pepperoncini peppers with juice, and beef broth.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • Stir before serving.
