Loaded Baked Potato Dip

It’s a really simple recipe to make and is a total crowd pleaser. With only a few ingredients and minimal prep work, you can make this quickly for your next summer party or BBQ.

  • 1 package fully cooked bacon slices
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 2 C freshly shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 C freshly sliced chives
  • 2 tsp hot sauce


  • Following directions on the bacon package, microwave until crisp.
  • Drain.
  • Allow bacon to cool. (10 minutes)
  • Crumble bacon.
  • Put bacon in a bowl.
  • Add sour cream, cheese, chives, and hot sauce in the bowl.
  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Cover and chill from 1 to 24 hours.
  • Serve with crispy, warm waffle fries.
