No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars are my absolute favorite! It's like a Reese's in bar form and so EASY to make using just 5 ingredients. These bars are highly requested for the Holidays, but we love to make them all year long.
Servings: 24 bars
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 8 sheets)
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar sifted
- 1 cup + 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Stir. Add in 1 cup of peanut butter and mix until combined.
Line a 9x9 pan with foil. Spread peanut butter mixture in the pan.
Melt the chocolate chips with the 2 Tbsp. of peanut butter in the microwave for 1 minute. Melt additionally for 30 seconds if needed until melted, and spread on top of the graham cracker mixture.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
Remove from pan, cut into squares, and serve.
