Ingredients

Pop Rocks Strawberry Jello Shots

  • 2 .25 ounce envelopes unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 6 ounce box strawberry Jello
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 ounces Kinky Red Liqueur
  • 1/2 cup champagne
  • 1 package Pop Rocks

Strawberry Shortcake Jello Shots

  • 2 3 ounce boxes instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 1/4 cup Baileys strawberry and cream
  • 1/4 cup shortcake vodka
  • 1 3 ounce package strawberry Jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup strawberry pie filling
  • 1/2 cup strawberry vodka chilled
  • whipped cream and fresh strawberries for garnish

Strawberry Popping Boba Jello Shots

  • 1 6 ounce package strawberry Jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup vanilla vodka
  • 1 container Strawberry Popping Boba

Instructions

Pop Rocks Strawberry Jello Shots

  • In a small mixing bowl place unflavored gelatin powder. Add 1 cup cold water. Soak the gelatin for 2 minutes. Whisk until dissolved.
  • Add 1 cup of hot water and strawberry Jello to the bowl. Whisk until everything is dissolved. Add Kinky Red Liqueur and champagne. Whisk to combine.
  • Pour Jello into small cups and place in fridge for about an hour, or until very firm. Add Pop Rocks to the top of the Jello. Eat these quickly because once the Pop Rocks stop popping,, you’re missing out on the fun!

Strawberry Shortcake Jello Shots

  • Place 24 (3 oz) plastic cups onto a cookie sheet. Using a large bowl, whisk the pudding, milk, bailey’s, and vodka until thick and smooth. Fill the shot cups halfway with the pudding mixture Place into the fridge for 30 minutes
  • In a medium-sized saucepan bring water to a boil. Add the strawberry jello to the boiling water and mix until dissolved. Set to the side for 5 minutes. Add the strawberry pie mix and stir to combine.
  • Add the liquors and stir to combine. Pour the mixture on top of the pudding and fill to the top. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours until firm. Top with whip cream and garnish with a fresh strawberry

Strawberry Popping Boba Jello Shots

  • In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil, and remove the pan from the heat.  Stir in the package of Strawberry Jello, and continue to stir, until the Jello is dissolved.  Let cool completely, and when cool, add the Vodka and stir well to blend. 
  • Ladle the Jello into the Mini Mason Jars - Shot Glasses, and fill to the top.  Place the Shot's on a cookie sheet, and place the cookie sheet in the refrigerator, overnight for best results. 
  • Before serving, open the container of Strawberry popping Boba, and fill the top's of the Shot Glasses with the Strawberry Boba.  Serve, and Enjoy!
