Strawberry Vinaigrette

  • Using a food processor, or an immersion blender, blend the strawberries, apple cider vinegar, honey, and olive oil. Blend until the strawberry mixture and the oil are well combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and briefly blend again to incorporate.
  • Transfer the dressing to an airtight container and enjoy right away or store for later use.
  • Enjoy your homemade strawberry vinaigrette on salads, with vegetables, or as a marinade for chicken or fish!
