Made with just 4 ingredients in 5 minutes, this Strawberry Vinaigrette is light and tangy with a hint of sweetness. Enjoy over your favorite summer salad or use it as a marinade for grilled chicken or fish.
Using a food processor, or an immersion blender, blend the strawberries, apple cider vinegar, honey, and olive oil. Blend until the strawberry mixture and the oil are well combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and briefly blend again to incorporate.
Transfer the dressing to an airtight container and enjoy right away or store for later use.
