- 3 cups pineapple sliced
- 3 cups mangos sliced
- 3 cups apples peeled and cubed
- 1 cup cherries pitted
- 2 cups oranges peeled and sliced
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp turmeric
- 1 cup water cold
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process for 2 minutes until the fruit is completely pulverized.
Place cheesecloth inside a mesh strainer.
Place strainer over a large bowl.
Pour blended juice into cheesecloth and strainer. Let strain for 10 minutes or until fully strained. Stir the pulp periodically to move the pulp out of the way.
Once strained, discard the pulp. Strain remaining juice for less pulp or pour juice into an air-tight container.
