Fruit: You will need a variety of fruit including pineapple, mangoes, apples, cherries, and oranges.
Spices: You will need two types of spices, ginger, and turmeric which are both great for the immune system.
How To Make Immunity Booster Drink
Step 1. In a food processor, add all of the ingredients and process them for about 2 minutes or until fully pulverized.


Step 2. Using a cheesecloth inside of a mesh strainer, strain the prepared juice mixture by pouring through the strainer for about 10 minutes or until completely strained. While straining, you will want to mix the pulp every now and then to move any pulp out of the way.


Step 3. Once the juice is completely strained, you can throw out the pulp. You can strain an additional amount of time for less pulp or just pour it right into an airtight container.

Can I Add More Fruit To This Immunity Booster Drink?
This recipe has all the fruit you need and more to keep you happy and healthy. There are loads of anti-oxidants, vitamins, etc in this drink. So, you do not need to worry about adding additional fruits to this recipe.

How Many Times A Day Should I Have This Immunity Booster Drink?
You will want to try to get about 2 to 6 ounces of this juice per day to boost your immunity. You can have more if desired, but 2 to 6 ounces is enough to have amazing immunity-boosting results.

Ingredients
- 3 cups pineapple sliced
- 3 cups mangos sliced
- 3 cups apples peeled and cubed
- 1 cup cherries pitted
- 2 cups oranges peeled and sliced
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp turmeric
- 1 cup water cold
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process for 2 minutes until the fruit is completely pulverized.
- Place cheesecloth inside a mesh strainer.
- Place strainer over a large bowl.
- Pour blended juice into cheesecloth and strainer. Let strain for 10 minutes or until fully strained. Stir the pulp periodically to move the pulp out of the way.
- Once strained, discard the pulp. Strain remaining juice for less pulp or pour juice into an air-tight container.
