Ingredients

  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 envelope ranch dressing mix
  • 1 envelope brown gravy mix
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoncinis
  • cup quick cooking oatmeal
  • cup ketchup
  • ¾ cup water
  • ½ cup pepperoncinis juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • Buns

Instructions

  • Brown and drain your ground beef.
  • Add the beef to the slow cooker.
  • To the slow cooker add the oatmeal to the meat and stir.
  • To a small bowl add the ranch dressing mix, brown gravy mix, ketchup, worcheshire sauce, brown sugar, pepperoncinis juice and water, stir to combine.
  • Add the sauce mix to the slow cooker and add in the pepperocinis and stir.
  • Slice the butter and add to the top of the meat mixture.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  • Serve on soft brioche buns.
