Ingredients

Graham Cracker Crust

  • 1 ½ Cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ Cup sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • Baking spray

Funfetti cheesecake Ingredients

  • 24 ounces cream cheese softened at room temperature
  • 2 cup vanilla cake mix powder form
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 16 ounces Cool Whip thawed
  • 1 cup rainbow colored sprinkles

Instructions

Crust Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Spray springform pan with pam baking spray and line the bottom with parchment paper Combine the ingredients into a medium bowl
  • Spray the pie pan with the baking spray
  • Press half the graham cracker crust into the springform pan
  • Press the remaining crust up along the sides
  • Bake in the oven for 10 minutes and allow to cool completely

Funfetti cheesecake pie Directions

  • In a large bowl beat the cream cheese with the hand mixer until it is light and fluffy
  • Add the dry cake mix and the granulated sugar and mix on medium speed until these are well combined
  • Using a spatula, fold in the 8 ounces of thawed Cool Whip whipped topping
  • Add in 1/4 cup of the sprinkles and stir to combine.
  • Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
  • Before serving, sprinkle the top with more sprinkles and Cool Whip.
