  • In a large bowl whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, lemon pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  • Add the chicken thighs and massage the seasoning into the entire thigh to coat.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees. Place chicken in the air fryer with the skin-side on the bottom, and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 8-12 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees and the skin is brown and crispy.
  • Take out of the air fryer and serve!
