Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Add cupcake liners to two 12 serving cupcake pans and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl whisk together flour, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
In a food processor, blend spinach, milk, egg, avocado, and butter until well combined, about 5 minutes.
Pour spinach mixture into flour, mix until well combined.
Fold chocolate chips into mixture.
Pour ¼ cup of batter into cupcake liners.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips and edible googly eyes.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, until the tops are no longer soft.
