Easy Rudolph Brownie Cookies
These Easy Rudolph Brownie Cookies are so simple to make and were the perfect cookie to make when we needed over 100 of them!

Ingredients
- Brownie Mix
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Flour
- Mini Pretzel Twists
- Mini Marshmallows
- Mini Chocolate Chips
- Red M&M's
- Chocolate Cookie Icing
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 350.
- Mix the brownie mix, flour, eggs, water, and oil together.
- Spray a cookie sheet with non stick spray. Spoon out the mix onto the pan using a tablespoon.
- Press in the mini pretzel twists in the top and add the red M&M on the bottom.
- Bake for 8 minutes.
- Cut mini marshmallows in half. Attach them using the chocolate cookie icing and did the same using the mini chocolate chips for the pupils.
