We signed up to created almost 100 cookies that will be handed out to kids in need at my church tomorrow. We wanted to come up with a fun idea that my boys could create all by themselves. These Rudolph Brownie Cookies turned out to be the perfect cookie for them to make & I am so proud of them for all the hard work they put into making these! It’s so important to me to have my boys give back to others on Christmas & it was wonderful to watch them have fun making these last night.
Our church will have over 10,000 families in need walk through the doors to receive food, presents, treats, & so much more! We are so excited to be a part of it! We get to be elves tomorrow & hand out gifts…it will be so much fun!
These cookies are perfect for the kids to make themselves & would also be great for class parties at school. You can make a ton of them in no time & we think they turned out super cute!
Easy Rudolph Brownie Cookies
(3 dozen)
Pillsbury Brownie Mix
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/4 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Flour
Mini Pretzel Twists (we like Snyder’s)
Mini Marshmallows
Mini Chocolate Chips
Red M&M’s
Chocolate Cookie Icing (Betty Crocker)
Heat the oven to 350. Mix the brownie mix, flour, eggs, water, & oil together. Spray a cookie sheet with non stick spray. Spoon out the mix onto the pan using a Tablespoon. Press in the mini pretzel twists in the top & add the red M&M on the bottom. Bake for 8 minutes.
Then the boys cut mini marshmallows in half. They attached them on using the chocolate cookie icing & did the same using the mini chocolate chips for the pupils.
