Sausage and Potatoes

- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt or regular salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 pounds golden potatoes washed and cut into 1 inch cubes
- 24 ounces kielbasa sliced into 1/4 inch pieces
- 1/4 onion diced small
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Preheat the oven to 400 F. Spray a sheet pan with non-stick spray.
Mix together red pepper flakes, seasoned salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Place potatoes, kielbasa, onion, and garlic in a large bowl.
Drizzle olive oil mixture over potato mixture, then sprinkle seasonings over potatoes and sausage and toss until coated.
Arrange on the sheet pan evenly. Bake for 40 -45 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
