Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with foil, then coat with cooking spray.
  • Place ham, flat side down, in the prepared pan. Add ¼ cup water to the bottom of the pan. Cover ham and pan with foil.
  • Bake for 1 ½ hours.
  • In a small saucepan, combine pineapple, brown sugar, honey, mustard, salt, and cornstarch.
  • Cook over medium-high heat until bubbly, stirring constantly. Once fully bubbling, continue simmering while stirring for 1 minute longer.
  • Remove foil and pour glaze over ham. Cover ham again and bake for another 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Baste occasionally, if desired.
  • Once cooked, remove ham from the pan and slice. Pour glaze from the roasting pan into a gravy boat to serve alongside the ham.
