- 3 cups fresh mango diced
- 1 cup red bell pepper diced
- ½ medium sized red onion diced
- 1 medium- jalapeno cored with ribs and seeds removed, diced
- ¼ tsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- Salt to taste
- 1 juice lime
- 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro minced
Add the diced mango, bell pepper, jalapeno, and red onion to a large bowl.
Stir in the lime juice and seasonings, and adjust the salt to taste.
Serve with chips or over-grilled chicken or fish, enjoy!
